ABOUT THE ARTIST

Elise Boulanger is an Orchestral Indie-Pop artist gaining momentum for her ethereal soundscapes and commanding, angelic voice. Classically trained, she weaves ukulele, and autoharp into immersive performances that feel both intimate and otherworldly. Her expansive, emotionally charged voice soars to rare heights, captivating audiences with confidence and emotional depth.

Boulanger’s live shows are a defining force of her artistry. Designed as immersive, participatory experiences, her performances invite audiences to yodel together and conjure stormy soundscapes within a dreamlike world. Grounded in themes of environmental stewardship, uplifting Indigenous communities, and radical kindness, her work fosters connection, care, and collective presence—leaving a lasting impact long after the final note.

Often compared to Kate Bush and Lana Del Rey for her dramatic flair and rich sonic palette, Boulanger has been praised by CBC as “une artiste à suivre pour sûr.” She was voted Top 3 Entertainers in her hometown of Nanaimo, BC (2025) and has performed at Woodstove Festival, Canada Day Victoria, the NCRA National Radio Conference, and notable theatres. She has shared stages with Kim Churchill, Carmanah, Tanika Charles, and Ashleigh Ball, and continues to gain traction in the Francophone music community.

With multiple singles, an EP, remixes, and collaborations released and receiving airplay on CBC and Radio-Canada, Elise Boulanger is actively showcasing her work nationwide. In 2026, she will release new singles mixed by Hugo Nicolson (Radiohead, Björk), followed by her debut full-length album, O, Earthling, in 2027, a climate-focused project urging collective care globally.
