ABOUT THE ARTIST
Total Gadjo is a one-man-band simultaneously singing and playing guitar, drums, as well as tremolo harmonica. He plays originals, traditionals, and even pop chart toppers in his unique Slavic Folk-Punk style.
Total Gadjo is the solo incarnation of the Slavic Folk-Punk band Total Gadjos. Known for high-energy one-man Slavic-punk assault, Gadjo is heavily influenced by his Slavic Folk heritage as well as Gogol Bordello, Nick Cave, The Pogues, and Tom Waits.
Total Gadjo opened for Wax Mannequin and Goran Bregovic & his Wedding & Funeral Orchestra and played Jack Singer Concert Hall in Calgary, Marionetty Winery and Night Cafe in Salmon Arm BC, Deadfall Brewing in Prince GeorgeBC, as well as Smithers Brewing Co. in Smithers BC.
