An Indo-Western instrumental experience,
The Bandish Network is delighted to feature, OSTād’s by Raga Echoe’s OSTād’s is a 90-minute instrumental concert that reimagines iconic cinematic and contemporary music through the lush textures of Indian classical and Western instruments. The performance weaves together five interlacing instruments; piano, sarod, tabla, violin, and sitar, creating a sonic landscape that unites heritage and innovation. Audiences experience the interplay of improvisation and meticulously crafted artistry as the instruments converse, respond, and blend in real time.
ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Conceptualized and launched by producers Priya Joy and Aakash Mehta, alongside Creative Director,Glen D’Mello, OSTād’s offers moments of discovery, resonance, and emotional connection for listeners of all backgrounds. The name OSTād’s is inspired by the fusion of “OST” (Original Soundtrack) and “Ustad” (Virtuoso), reflecting the art of reimagining cinematic sound through refined Indo – Western instrumental interpretation.
